CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION: A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if proper notice is given. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. • 48–24 hours’ notice will result in a 20% fee of the service total. •Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. A 15-minute grace period is offered, after which the appointment will be considered a no-show. I understand that life happens and emergencies arise, and I’m always willing to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Communication is key. PAYMENT & FEES: Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle. Please note that card payments incur a 3% processing fee. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Prices are subject to change without notice. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in booking restrictions. CONSULTATIONS & HEALTH: If your skin or health conditions prevent treatment on the day of service, the appointment may be rescheduled and a fee may apply. Certain services cannot be performed if you’ve had injectables, peels, or sun exposure within a specific timeframe. Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, and recent procedures prior to your appointment. GUEST AND CONDUCT: For safety and focus, no extra guests or children are allowed in the treatment area unless approved. Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present and sign consent forms. Please arrive clean and free of heavy makeup, oils, or lotions on the treatment area. Respectful, positive energy only. Inappropriate behavior or repeated lateness may result in refusal of service. COMMUNICATION: Your time and experience matter to me. I understand that life can be unpredictable. If something urgent happens, please reach out as soon as possible. Consistent cancellations or missed appointments may result in booking limitations.
